Helps my knees
I've had a few knee injuries in both knees a few years ago. These really help on leg days.

They do the job, but ..
They do the job and protect my knee joints when I exercise. I am very pleased about that. But they stretch and are getting looser with each use. I am not sure how long they will remain effective.
