Update: Seller responded and stood behind their products 100%. They sent a partial refund sufficient for us to replace the damaged piece. Very quick response and excellent customer service!Shipping was delayed due to weather and the box arrived battered and torn. Grill was pretty easy assembly and most of the pieces looked great! There was minor damage on one of the side attachments, but it was not visible and did not impact functionality once assembled, so I am not worried about it.The only major problem was that the grill hood is bowed out on one side and bent on the back corner, which skews the shape of it enough for it to catch/click upon opening and closing.Other than that, everything looks good, delivery was fast, and I am looking forward to getting the grill seasoned and starting to cook!I am in conversations with the seller and they seem eager to resolve the problem with the hood. If they are able to send a replacement hood or provide funds for me to purchase one, I will update this review. It would definitely be 5 stars without the damage.

This thing has been amazing! I haven't made a bad meal one it yet and it's easy to learn to cook on, much easier than most cookware. I would recommend one to everyone who enjoys cooking outside.

It is wonderful. We've been cooking on it for a month and it cooks some amazing food! The heat is distributed evenly, we just love it!

We love our new Blackstone but I would not recommend purchasing from this company. They misquoted the shipping time, we were missing an item, the product was damaged. We now have to work with Blackstone to resolve our concerns.

I bought this as a birthday gift and the birthday boy was very happy to receive it. everything works great and the family is enjoying the breakfasts and dinners he whips up

Actually pretty easy to assemble. Assembly and seasoning takes about 2 1/2 hours.

This is the most beautiful blackstone I have ever seen. We have owned others in the past so we wanted to upgrade and this set up did not disappoint. Much larger than expected with the side shelves but ended up being a perfect fit for the patio! I can’t wait to season her up and get cooking!

Just received. Assembly was relatively easy, especially with a second pair of hands. I expect that it will match the performance of my previous Blackstone Griddles. Tried to register for the warranty after assembly, but could not do so without taking the Griddle apart again in order to hunt around for a serial number (box already in the dump). So: I have no warranty as I am NOT going to take this thing apart. My suggestion to potential buyer: fill out the Warranty information BEFORE assembly; and suggestion to the folks at Blackstone: put the needed sticker where it can be easily found without disassembly. That is the reason for only 3 stars.
