Not as bright as advertised when black lit. They kind of glow. Not super neon. Definitely not like the picture. They did seem to blow up fine though I did have one pop on my balloon arch.

Overall great product. None of the balloons popped while airing them up and they stood up to me pulling them through the arch maker. They could used some more neon coloring. We feel like they were too see through.

These balloons are great for a neon theme birthday party. My daughter loves them. You get a lot of balloons for the money. They a great size and filled with helium great. They looked great in dark lighting as well.

I purchased these for my grand babies they love balloons. These are really pretty colors they will love them.
