Great Product
I have prepared several dinners in this wok. It is significantly better than my old electric wok. It is easy to use, heats very quickly, and is easy to clean with the appropriate tools. On a side note, I prepared variations of two meals included in the short recipe book. These recipes provided an excellent base and helped me determine the heat and time needed for other additions to the recipes in my variations. It is not worth docking a star; however, the product could be improved by adding a few pages to the end of the recipe booklet, which focus on specific common ingredients in recipes that gives a short paragraph on common methods of preparation, heat, and time to prepare by individual food ingredients (e.g., chicken, beef, carrots, snow peas, and so on) so one can create recipe variations.

Most excellent wok!
I have had the chance to use this a few times now, and it is an excellent addition to the kitchen. If you understand how wok cooking is supposed to work, you'll understand why this is a much better option than just using your regular kitchen cooktop. If you have cast iron cookware, you'll understand how the enclosed pan needs to be seasoned and cared for the same way. The induction heating does a much better job with high heat than even my gas and LP ranges. If I have any criticism whatsoever, it's that this particular Appliance has too many options. All I was looking for was to be able to turn it on set a temperature and cook. I can still do that with this machine, but it has a bunch of other features and timers that I'll never use. This is absolutely a great appliance, and it makes it easy to get much better results with stir fry and fried rice, etc.

Temperate sensors are not accurate.
The chosen temperature is not accurate, but once you gain experience, it is not so bad. Cleaning is easy. I recommend a bamboo wok brush. The wok heats fast and is currently my favorite toy in the kitchen. While there is a setback with the temperature not being fully accurate, I can quickly make adjustments while cooking.

Great cooker
This thing works beautifully. I've had it for maybe 2 years now and no issues. I now have a gas stove so I don't use it as often, but I still use it when making things with very precise temps. A word of advice, buy a nice little circular silicone baking mat so your pan doesn't slide around on top of it. It's not very grippy on it's own, and you are depending purely on the heaviness of what your cooking to stay in place. It's fine for boiling a big pot of water, but frying something in oil is going to feel risky without some rubber in between. The induction works through the silicone and provides plenty of grip.

Works great. HOT! all I wanted.
Oh man, I love mine. Works as advertised. Hot! like I wanted. I want propane hot but can't use those indoors, this sucker is awesome. Now hope it lasts a long time.

It sticks to the pan, very bad.
First of all, it sticks to the pan very much. The stove part is very good, the temperature is high and it heats up quickly, but the pan part is very bad. The pan is just a piece of iron and sticks to the pan very badly, almost unusable. Whether it is frying fish, frying eggs or frying meat, it will stick to the pan. I had to buy another pan to match this stove

An impressive wok induction style
The walk idea of this is interesting because I have the regular flat version also I like cooking in a wok. It definitely heats up the sides and provides plenty of heat similar to a walk that you know at blast furnace level of the Chinese might use but pretty good It also comes with the walk, which I added some beef fat into and heated it up to season he wok. Had to do that a couple times but now it’s cooking like it should.

Very cool product.
This thing is very cool. Heats fast. Instructions for seasoning could use some improvement and clarification. Controls are a little counter-intuitive, but for simple "Turn it on, cook food, turn it off" it's simple and works well.

I have given this 4 stars but I have not used it to cook (yet) but I'm trusting it will behave as expected. The thing is I didn't do my research and I never understood the criteria. I bought this not being aware it was a unit that needed the 110W US input requirement and not the UK 240w we have in the UK. It arrived with the US 2-pin plug. A step down transformer was required but I was ignorant and bought a UK 300W and 500W transformer hoping it would work. They both overheated and blew the plug fuses. After some research I found out that the WOK required a transformer that could cover the 600W, the 900W and the 1500W watt inputs which matched the powers setting on the Wok. ... so I bought my 3rd transformer that had an input/output setting of 2000W (£89 UK pounds) to cover the maximum - and now the Wok works with no issues. I was ignorant and I ended up spending £160 UK Pounds on Step up/step down transformers before I learnt this expensive but basic lesson... At least the thing works now... ;-) Don't make my stupid mistake but I do feel rather angry that none of this info was supplied on the store page to start with. Happy Woking. (Why on earth the store page says 6, 9 and 1800 and even here says 9, 15 and 18 and the Wok actually says 6, 9 and 15)

This product saved me from having to spend thousands of dollars putting in a gas wok jet flame station in my kitchen. i wasnt looking forward to the commercial cooker hood, stainless steel backsplash, 18" clearance continuous running water and sprinkler system necessary to run a restaurant grade gas blaster that sends the heat right up the sides of the wok in my house. This induction wok has saved me from all of that. fast intense heat, precise control and restaurant quality wok hei smokiness. best kitchen product I've bought in decades

I bought this wok on Amazon’s Uk web site. I have no idea how well it work because it is not dual voltage. It comes with a US-style plug and is not usable at 240 volts. Be warned. It was very expensive once carriage and import duty had been paid and did not, to my eye, look to be very robustly constructed, the control knobs had a very flimsy feel. On the plus side, Amazons return and refund procedure works extremely well.

Good service on dispatch and return. But I wouldn’t recommend until you can buy uk version. Tried 2 transformers with no success
