Love this. When applied to a silver algamate patch it almost creates a super healing application

This stuff is amazing 🤩. Has weird smell but works well. It is more solid in the little pot so you have to pat it with your finger to get some out or scoop it out with your finger. It's not a lotion or gel.

This is a great ointment for open wounds. I'm diabetic and if I get a cut on my leg it's my immediate go to treatment.

Fast healing like it described.

On the recommendation of a nurse at the Wound Clinic I tried this expensive stuff. Maybe an infection was about to occur anyway but after a couple days of use I noticed an infection starting on an already bad wound. I stopped use. It was almost gone anyway. If you follow their directions you'll be out in 48 hrs. I believe this stuff is way too expensive, totally ineffective and possibly caused an infection. I don't recommend it.

It works okay but on a non healing wound, it still does not work. Waste of money!

It is a good product

The jury is still out on this product, as it hasn't been used for a long enough time for me to evaluate it's effectiveness. I will say, however, it has the MOST unusual odor I have ever smelled in ANY other ointment before, and I happen to be a nurse. The second you take off the cap, even before you squeeze it out of the tube, you could smell it, even at arm's length. It sort of smells like cooked bacon, or some kind of cooked meat. The smell is VERY overwhelming, almost to the point of being nauseating. I know one of your reviewers said the smell goes away after a short while, but I did not find this to be the case. Perhaps I got a bad tube, as most people did not have as extreme an aversion to it's odor as I have. If it works, that would be wonderful. That is, of course, if I could tolerate the odor!!!!! I will update it's effectiveness after I have used it long enough to do that.
