Chappie Adult Wet Dog Food, Chicken and Rice, Original, 6 x 412g

I use Chappie regularly in my dogs' meals and I am so pleased with this provider's service. It always arrives in good time, safely packed. Also I think it is reasonably priced and the food itself is in good condition and not old at all. I appreciate this reliable, prompt, provider.

Personally I think that this product looks and smells disgusting and God only knows why the 'Deva The Dog' eats/enjoys it ? However, my wife insists that we keep buying it, ( something to do with being recommended by vets ! ) so I relent. We did have an issue recently with one of the cans in the pack arrived open, ( no lid at all ), and half of the contents missing. Well who cares about one can of dog food? We have been buying this stuff for years with no issues until I decided ask why our supplier wasn't able or willing to answer my questions about the sudden increase in price which they instituted at the beginning of 2020 - 40% hike per can ! The supplier's customer services were mildly hostile to say the least when I finally got a response, ( and you should check other peoples' reviews for this supplier's customer services - talk about negative ! ) There are only a couple of Amazon related suppliers so it won't take you long to research the guilty ones. I wrote personal letter to the MD - of course I never received a reply - Neither she or her customer relations department could give a flying congress about individual customer concerns so I made a point of making sure I used a different supplier for this otherwise innocent or debatable product. Incidentally the last time I looked into the open half empty can it was writhing with maggots - makes you wonder what the hell is in there to start with . . . I was advised to buy this product for my rescue dog who is still underweight as an additional supplement to kibble. He loves it and as it’s endorsed by vets I’ll continue with it.

My dog will only eat chappie..so when our local store ran out and all surrounding shops didn’t have any left we had no choice but to buy from here but the price is extortionate..people are finding life hard as it is and now I can see why some owners can’t afford to feed their animals..it would be nice to see some companies reduce their prices to help pet owners with the costs.

I have only received 12 tins of Chappie when there should be 24

Purtroppo il titolo è errato! Non sono 12 scatolette bensì una soltanto! Avevo trovato il prezzo molto conveniente ma in realtà per un solo pezzo è più che esagerato!!! 5 stelle invece vanno all’ operatore amazon che con pazienza ha ascoltato il mio disappunto e mi ha aiutato per il reso!
