Much healthier than regular sugar. Lower glycemic index. Easily substitute for regular or brown sugar in recipes. Doesn't taste like coconut.

While I do not find this a sweet as sugar, it does the job. It is not lower in calories or carbohydrates but its glycemic index is much less.
