I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair. Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh. I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out. This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well. Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now. I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere. I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again. I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again. The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting. It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc. This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻

Amazing and delicious product! I keep it in my refrigerator and its part of my morning routine before heading out to work or for a full day of productivity. Gives me a boost of energy and my hair feels healthy!!! If you dont like pills this is perfect for you!!!

I'll start by saying, I usually use your basic "hair, skin, and nails" type of vitamin. I do have a lot of hair, I wouldn't say its thinning but, I noticed on one side of my hairline there's a little spot that looks thinner! Noticeable to me anyway. Which made me look intobthis product. Also, I usually wash my my hair anywhere between 3-5 days, just depends on how much product I've used and what I've been doing. We all know we shead hair everyday, so by the time I wash my hair, it looks scary! Especially after conditioning in the shower and even after, while I'm putting in my leave in conditioner. With all that being said, I wanted to try this product. And it's NOT cheap, I bought the smaller bottle which is like a 2 week supply for around $25 and that was on sale, because i just looked again and its back to $31. I believe the 1 month supply is $74. Anyway, it tastes fine, wouldn't say good or bad, it has a mild vitamin taste, fine with me because thats what it is. Very easy to take. I got the peach mango, I'll try the dragon fruit next time. I take it first thing in the morning before food or my protein shake, NO ISSUES. Normally if I take vitamins on an empty stomach, I will feel nauseous. AFTER FOUR DAYS, I just washed my hair, and the hair shead was minimal! I mean a FRACTION of was it usually is! In the shower and after detangling! Wasn't expecting that, definitely impressed, because I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth the money giving this a try for a few months. I'm absolutely going to! I dont imagine that was some fluke hair washing, if it was I will update. I can't speak on any of the other claims just yet, but if I start seeing improvements I will also update. There's some 20%off coupon codes out there, it could come out to about two bucks a day. I've spent more for less. Thats me justifying the price in my mind lol I'm glad I tried this!
