affordable, quality made, durable and easy to use, fast charging
I have had my U& for several months now and I am loving it... this was my first e-bike and it had been decades since I rode a bicycle or any two wheel transport. This U-7 was very easy to set up and get on the road, mostly assembled and easy to follow instructions. There were also several u-tube videos on setting it up and fixing a flat tire if you need to... I did get a small nail in my back tire after about 3 months of owning it, rode through a construction work area and couldn't avoid it... but it was very easy to change the tire with instructions on U-tube. I also bought a pair of replacement tubes here on Amazon that were heavy duty and self-repairing. I recommend those type too and they came in a pair, so I have a backup if needed. The U7 is handling great, no shocks so it can be a little rough on the bumps, but I stick to the streets, and it rides very smooth and quiet. I am 62 years old, Man, and I bought this because I no longer drive a car and need to save on uber cost to get to work and back... I am 3 miles each way from home to work and I am in Las Vegas, so it gets too hot to walk, so my U-7 gets me to work in about 15 minutes and sometimes it would take longer in a uber... saves me about $30-$35 a day on Uber costs and I have noticed no difference in my electric bill cost since I have owned the U-7. it gets me to work and back about 3 days before I need to charge it. I do ride home at night so the super great bright headlight keeps me safe as well as the riding brake light and stop light that responds to your foot and hand brakes. there are some reflectors stickers on the U-7 as well as some I added. I do wear a helmet at all times and I also found it on Amazon, it came with a built in headlight and rear lights in the back of the helmet as well and they can be adjusted for flashing modes... The U-7 is easy to charge, takes about 3 hours for a full charge, I never let it run out of charge, so its ready to ride at all times. the battery is lockable and removable and not too heavy. I also bought a real heavy duty combination locking chain that is also insulated with cut resistant nylon, and change the combo in seconds. also purchased on Amazon... The charger is the same size as a laptop charger with a long enough cord and a indicator light that tells you when the charge is complete. simple to connect and the battery can be charged on or off the bike. Extra bateries are available on amazon as well but I have not needed one yet. I can go about a solid 19mph on flat ground, and it keeps up the speed going slightly uphill as well, may slow down a couple mph but depends on the hill and your weight. I was 260lbs when I bought the U-7, I am now at 220lbs and the U-7 gets me around no problem, even with some groceries. The cargo racks in front and in back are great, I have a few bungie cords and that does me fine. There are lots of accessories such as saddle bags, baskets that fold, cup holders, more lights... the list goes on and all available right here on Amazon... The U-7 is very durable and very heavy duty framed as well as the cargo racks. all the parts on the U-7 are very well made and not flimsy at all and is very adjustable for heights and angles on seat and handlebars. I am 5'10" and now 220lbs, the bike fits like a glove, sits a little high for me but that is because it's been fore ever since riding a bike...lol This E-bike is very heavy and not very easy to lift due to the fact I am limited, but for my needs it suits me fine. The tires are beefy and grip the road great, very smooth ride and very wide. And as I stated before, it was very easy to change a flat tire. Overall I highly recommend the U-7 e-bike for smooth ride and durability, and very affordable.

Here's my review after 1 month (322 miles)
I am rating this bike 5 stars GIVEN: the price & how it's held up (so far). USE: I bought this bike in April to use as a utility cargo bike (for shopping and so forth), I attached two Costco tough boxes (to the front and back), each container can hold about 4 to 6 grocery bags worth of stuff. Point is it can haul a lot. And to the bikes credit I've overloaded it with 400 pounds and it held fine. BATTERY: I live in West Seattle, it's VERY HILLY here, I get about 25 miles on a full battery(although I've never completely drained it). This is done by using pedal assist level one (10 mph), coasting down hills, and regularly shifting the gears. I have tested out only using max pedal assist (level 5) and I can get about 10 miles (again: the hills). THROTTLE: The throttle matches whatever the pedal assist level is set to, so at level one it'll go about 8-10 MPH, and at level five it'll go about 20mph. It has some sort of automated limiter, so if you're holding the break or going backwards or really wrench the throttle it won't go forward (you'll see a symbol on the screen that looks like this: ("!") whenever it kicks in). LOOKS: I have had more then a few people ask me about the bike, mostly older men (although some women), people seem to like how it looks. I think it looks good but I'm more concerned with practicality. TIRES: Although the wider tires do seem to make cornering on gravely/sandy areas a little easier, it doesn't seem to make much difference from other e-bikes I've had. That said, it was easy to take apart; as I got a flat tire (ran over a rusty nail), and getting the wheel off, the inner tube patched, and putting it back on took less then 10 minutes. QUALITY: The workmanship is more or less good. I have probably slammed into 200 pot-holes and there have been no problems, a car even backed into the bike while I was inside an Azteca and it still holds up fine. RIDING: I have fun riding it as I like being able to haul a bunch of stuff and explore the city at my own pace, the issues is the lack of shocks can make it a bone-shaker if you go over 12 MPH or so. Also the seat kept going down every time I hit a bump so I had to really crank the latch down which required me using a hammer to push the latch back in. BREAKS: the break shoes it comes with wear out fast (again I live in area with hills) but otherwise they worked fine. LIGHTS: the light are okay, they're enough on a forest trail to go about 7MPH and not hit something. HORN: Horn works great, the problem is I kept hitting the button by accident so I turn the control panel upside down so it wouldn't happen again. SEAT: it's ok, my butt starts hurting after a full day of riding but that's to be expected. KEYS: one nit pick I have is that the key stays in the battery when it's on. I wish this wasn't the case (although it's not a deal breaker for me). The manual says the key comes out when it's on but it doesn't, so obviously they changed battery designs without changing the manual. Before I bought the bike I read all the reviews on the bike (on various sellers pages), so I want to address some of the common criticism I found to be inaccurate: 1)"it's too hard to put together". This doesn't make sense because it's very easy to put together (I did it without instructions) all it is is: put on the wheels, put on the handle bars & seat, attach the racks, that's it. 2)"the wheel/racks/lights/etc fell off". This seems to boil down to either: someone who didn't apply enough physical strength when bolting things down or someone not doing routine maintenance (bolts can vibrate lose). If you apply enough force and do checks/maintenance you'll probably not have these. 3)"it just stopped working after ___ number of days/weeks". I think this boils down to draining the battery 100% multiple times. I've done this on e-bikes in the past and killed the battery.

Flat tire
The quality of the bike is amazing but I ended up getting a flat on the first week of owning the bike I think that the tires should be more durable. It’s fun to ride and easy to use
