I’ve been growing two different types of tomato plants and they’ve been doing great! My plants are growing steadily. It was easy to assemble and I love that it doesn’t take up a lot of space. The clay pellets can be cleaned and reused, I had plenty extra as well. The growth light works well and stays on continuously without any problems. The water is easy to add since the kit came with a funnel. I like that the care instructions were easy to read and I can grow my plants indoor without having to worry about mess or them getting enough sunlight!

Overall it is a very economical hydroponic growing system because you can use pellets repeatedly instead having to buy grow sponges for every new plant in another system. You can save a lot of money growing plants using this system. I do have other hydroponics system but I think the plant is growing faster in this system than others probably because of effective lighting and water pump system. I did transplant bigger seedlings into the growing pot and it took off immediately and growing healthy. I did notice that when I plant seeds, I had to bury them a little deeper for extra moisture and humidity for faster germination. Excellent system and I love that I can control the light hours as needed. It is large enough to handle any plants but small enough to maneuver easily and wash them easily. Instructions are very clear and detailed and everything is working normally. Customer support is excellent, they reply within a day, which is important because I can continue to use this system happily without any trouble! I would buy this for my family also! I used to be a plant killer and now I’m actually growing plants to healthy adult stage! My tomatoes are growing so fast every day that I can see visible growth and it is touching the light! I need to now move this outside to support extra height! Just look at that healthy leaves and thick stems!

This hydroponic system has worked even better than I expected, and was one of the only options I could find at a very reasonable price that could accommodate plants growing to a height of 24" or more. Although the plants eventually outgrew the height of the light, I was able to move the light to the side and use a suspended grow light to accommodate the height of the plants. The system itself is very effective and easy to use. Unfortunately, while on vacation, the pump stopped working and one of the two plants died just as it was approaching time to harvest (yet too soon for a good crop). The other plant has been hanging on, but I am desperately trying to find a replacement pump before I lose the other plant. Be sure to keep an eye on the bottom tank and make sure the roots or any other gunk do not clog the pump. Unfortunately, this is rather difficult to avoid no matter what. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this product as an affordable hydroponics system, just be prepared to replace the pump on short notice!

I've done a lot of hydroponics and in ground gardening. And this system was honestly awful. I've only used name brand systems up to now, so bought 2 genetic ones, this one and one similar to aerogarden. I started them on the same night with seeds from the same packets. My seeds in this one never germinated so I added a plant that was already a couple inches tall from another hydroponics system, it never grew more. I've never had a system not grow like this. My other generic I bought at the same time, with a lower price that can handle more plants, grew amazingly while this one sat stagnant. I've grown in leca before so that was not anything new to use the clay balls. My only guess is the light is weak so it can't do much. The pump was also awful and would stop working until I reset it. I am very disappointed in this, I've grown a lot of vegetables inside and outside and never had such a bad experience.

Love the product. We produced some greens and we grew some herbs. I do use my own fertilizer so haven't tried the one we received with it. But we've had it for almost a year and no issues.
