I used to use King Arthur but concerns about glyphosate in wheat made me look for an organic option. The price on this flour is great in my opinion. Only a little higher than the flour I was using before. I made muffins this week and I honestly feel like they tasted better than with my old flour. The texture was great too! I'll be buying this flour regularly as I try to switch to all pesticide free food products. Bag was securely packaged,no leaking.

I would love to give this AP flour 5 stars but I never got to try it because Amazon sent me the wrong item twice. I ordered 365 All- Purpose flour both times and both times I received 365 whole wheat flour. The quality of the whole wheat is very good, so I am hopeful that I can try it next time. I can say that I’ve never been disappointed by 365 products.

I was a little scared to eat the buns I made with this, because I always get headaches (migraines) after eating anything with gluten. Or so I thought. My realazation that the issue was the chemicals on it proved correct. So thankful. I can now eat bread again. I made homemade hot dog buns with this and they were so so good. I actually ate 3! The bloating that usually occurs after a big meal was not there either. Happy lady here! Too bad it will not ship in the heat of the summer. If I would have known, I would have bought more sooner. Did I miss that in the listing? Anyway, yay.

For organic flour , the price was very good! I used it and worked very well for my cooking and baking.
