This solar light is very bright. It has a sensitive PIR sensor which doesn't require too much movement for it to detect it and increase the brightness. This light doesn't turn off completely after movement, instead, it dims to half brightness. These work well. I was totally skeptical for the price. But I hung them at my steps and they're very bright. The point was to light up the steps in the dark to not trip but avoid installing big costly flood lights that are over the top bright, need a timer, etc. I put two of these at the steps and they are a nice pleasant dim glow after the sun goes down and when you're near them they go brighter for a minute until there's no activity then go dim again. I liked them enough to buy more and put them all around the deck and other places. Pleasant and not invasive. Totally solar powered and they are still going strong. Inexpensive and works!

it worked great for about a month over my back door. was very nice light for finding your keys out of the dark. then stopped working just after the return window closed. not too happy about this. i suspect it was not properly waterproof and the summer storms got the best of it. maybe ill rip into it now that i cannot return this cheapo product.EDIT: upon opening it up I see there is no water inside so that is good. But I find an 18650 battery and upon hooking it up to my multimeter I see it’s voltage is at 2.57v ie super dead. Seems that the solar panel on this light just isn’t enough to recharge the battey. It would probably be fine if the light didn’t have he constant dim light on. If it were strictly a motion activated light I imagine the battery would not have pooped out.

Light works great above the door and provides a nice warm glow of light, solar-powered. The pin-hole to turn it on is very small and I had to use an earring back to get it, but working great.

I installed this light on my patio fence facing an alley because there isn't any other available light. This little guy puts out a lot of light when needed. This is my second type of solar wall light I purchased from Amazon and find them reliable. If you're looking for an affordable, yet reliable, solar light, consider one of these.

I would have paid 20 for these after trying them! I drop them from the top of my very high garbage can when I first bought them while I was keeping them charging in the sun. I was sure they’d both be broken.I was so excited when they worked beautifully!One on the side and one in the front. I LOVE these. They work exactly like they say. I’ve got to get more.

I love this light!! I bought three different kinds, this one being the cheapest yet does just as good of a job than the other more expensive lights!! I really love the warm tone on this!! It doesn’t produce an ugly yellow orange filtered fake looking tone but more of a natural warm tone light!! Highly recommend this!!!

Motion is detected 10 feet away, read the directions. Nice bright light. One screw to hang, but it also comes with double-sided adhesive pads if you cannot use the screw included to hang it....good idea!
