As soon as it was out of the box, I knew it was going to be a good product.Comes with a steel rod throughout the whole handle, and what feels like goes into the spooned head too maybe, it really is firm.The rigidity is very good, you could stir a bowl of rocks and this spoon will just do it without breaking a sweat !The overall length is ideal. Long enough to keep your hand at a safe distance, but not too long that you are whipping the hacksaw out to reduce the length, or using it to nudge your missus with if she falls asleep on the sofa across from you : )The very end hanging tip where the hole is, you will find very flexible for the last inch. This is good if you are hanging the spoon upright.Washes up nicely with a sponge pad, I tend to wipe and clean it straight after use, therefore cannot comment on if it would discolour or keep a certain smell lingering.My thoughts are, that it wouldn't. The feel and durability seems to make your mind up for you.There's obviously been some time and effort in designing the spoon. The size of the head is ideal too, although to actually serve a curry sauce maybe, you'll need something with a bit more scoop size to be honest.Never the less, this is a great spoon though.For sauces, stews, or deep pot cooking, this is great.I was hesitant as first as there are 1000 different cheapo types out there. trust me, this is not.Left it resting on the edge of a hot frying pan for 5 mins ??? ...........not a problem, you just don't have to worry about this when using this spoon.Bought it May 2020, and from I am from England, so a genuine sale. (just wanted to get that out there)No, I did not receive it for free to review only, I bought it. I love it. Best spoon under £7I just wish they had some colour choices that's all.Although the colour is not toooo important for it's purpose, it would be nice to have the choice. A black or grey one would have been ideal for me. But I'd take a random colour spoon that does the bloody job over a cheap piece of rubbish that melts and flexes.That said, I thought the price was good, and reflects a great product.such a shame I cannot find a large scoop spoon of theirs.Thanks Kaiser, a good product.

I am very impressed with the quality of these utensils. They are very comfortable to hold and perfect for use with my new pans on my also new induction hob.The pans are all non stick and I wanted to look after them so these quality utensils were a must. They resist heat well with no distortion and wash well in the dishwasher. Very worth while.

I hated trying to clean porridge off the wooden spoon used for stirring it - this is a great solution. And it can go in the dishwasher.

The best cooking spoon I ever used. Perfect length, perfect weight in hand while mixing contents in the pan. I have been using it for an Year now and still in a very good shape. Would highly recommend this.
