This stuff works great! It cleared my acne within a week of starting it. I have to take it with food to not become nauseous, but otherwise its a great product.

I haven't had acne since I was 16 and in high school. That was back in 1998! I should add that I'm a man, so acne was never even a thought in my head since puberty. I recently turned 40 and I have no clue what happened but I started to get HORRIBLE Cystic Acne. They were deep, large, very painful cysts that would pop-up around my forehead and temples at the worst times. I'm a company Director in meetings all day long. I went from an outgoing guy to the employee that hid in his office and would never turn their camera on. I was truly blessed by COVID because it helped me cover my shame by working from home. I was a different person never wanting to leave the house. The cysts would get larger and larger until they would erupt and whatever was inside was like acid to my skin. You'd think I was a burn victim after each one. I swore the scars would be permanent. In my effort to find a cure I tried EVERYTHING. I literally pulled anything from the shelves that mentioned cystic acne. My amazon shopping history looked like I was a purchaser for Ulta Beauty. I spent hundreds trying to find the answer. That's before I started going to the Dermatologist to get injections for when I had no choice but to be in the public eye. Even then the help was minimal. Then I found these miracle pills. I thought there was no way they'd work. I'd tried other Acne based vitamins that claimed to do the same thing. None of those worked, but I was desperate. After about a month the surprise acne stopped. Instead of large cysts I would get one manageable (NORMAL) zit. Three months later and I don't even get those any more. How do I know these pills are the reason? That's simple... I forgot to turn the auto-shipment on when I re-ordered my second shipment. Then life happened and I figured "Maybe I don't need these any more, maybe I'm cured??". Nope.... They began to come back again. I immediately re-ordered and within a week I was clear again. Now all I'm working on is reducing the redness from the old sites that have since healed. I'm no longer worried about going to work. In fact I'm back in the office full-time (My preference. I have an amazing office). My camera comes on for every meeting. I've gotten my life back thanks to these little pills. I have no idea what these people are putting in there, but I do not care. They were my miracle. Hopefully if you're reading this, they'll be yours too!

The effectiveness of the product did last for a while . Then I noticed that it was not working as well as it has been in the beginning. No stomach issues for I followed the rules. The vitamin content was what was described on the packaging. The taste did not bother me for I took it at bed time and I did not have any kind of aftertaste from the product. This was a year of taking the product religiously.

Thank you generic “ZS” compared to customer service pro, Corey, who was aware of the true consumer situation. As consumers, we have no bearing of your policies that change. I understand that they do, but an awareness of the impact that a transition of policy to reality that occurs should be considered. To honor a replacement due to broken capsules with fish oil all over the other capsules one year and stating to go through Amazon who won’t issue a refund another, it seems customer service is a low priority for this business. One broken capsule makes the fish smell and taste unbearable and ruins the whole bottle. I have cancelled any further purchases from your company. I wish you the best since you’ve become large enough to not worry about the ones that are devoted to your product. As a patient experience advocate in healthcare, I understand the patient experience and this is not it. Good luck for ongoing sales and subscriptions.

I am so disappointed in the updated version. I have been taking this for about 2 years and it has been life changing for my skin. It is still effective but since they changed from the little pill inside of the larger one to the half and half shape it has been causing the worst fish burps and nausea. Taking it right before a meal helps some with the taste but the nausea remains. I think I will be discontinuing use bc it’s just too much to deal with everyday. RIP to the original and my clear skin, you are dearly missed 💔

He estado tomando ZitSticka Skin Discipline por un par de meses y realmente he notado cambios en mi piel. Tenía acné quístico en la mandíbula y mejillas, y poco a poco los brotes fueron bajando en intensidad y frecuencia. Después de unas 3–4 semanas ya veía menos inflamación y menos grasa en mi cara. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tomar y tienen un aroma mentolado agradable, nada pesado. Lo único es que al inicio tuve una pequeña “purga”, me salieron algunos granitos nuevos, pero después mi piel se fue estabilizando. Como punto negativo, es un suplemento caro y definitivamente hay que ser constante (mínimo 2–3 meses) para ver resultados reales. Además, en un frasco encontré cápsulas con un color un poco diferente, lo cual me generó dudas, aunque no afectó su efecto. En general, estoy satisfecha: mi piel luce más clara, con menos brotes y menos brillo. No es milagroso, pero sí funciona si eres paciente y lo combinas con buena alimentación y cuidado básico de la piel. 👉 Lo recomiendo a quienes tienen acné quístico persistente y buscan un apoyo extra más allá de las cremas tópicas.
