Very good
Love it. It was very easy to install. The automatic rewind is fantastic for my mum (85). She used to just leave it laying on the ground, so now it’s easy for her to put back without any kinks or effort. It was a bit pricey but I believe that it’s well worth the money. It’s very sturdy. Perfect

A tidy solution
Great device. Easy to install, seems robust and works extremely well. Makes such a difference not to have hosepipe draping araound.

Tidy and easy to use
Easy to assemble and very easy to use. The hose stays tidy in the reel and the auto-retract works very well. Only six feet or so of hose to attach to the tap but it was just long enough. Very happy with it.

Smart looking functional hose reel, does the job competently
I bought this to replace an old hoselock hose reel I'd had for many years, and which lived outside in all weathers, and gave me excellent service.This new one is very similar and easy to fit. I knew what to do, but there is an excellent set of photos showing the steps to install in great detail. This will help even the least confident purchaser to install the reel.I fixed mine to a short teak post concreted into the ground, instead of directly to the rendered wall of my house. This works very well.I'm very happy with the new one and I'm pleased to say that it works smoothly and auto locks and with a pull of six inches or more will unlock and rewind the hose.Time will tell how well this one will last, but it certainly looks and feels sturdy and well made.

Brilliant buy a one first, don’t look at any others
Why didn’t I buy this earlier in my life, this is a second one in a week due to the first being a cheaper version but sent it back due to a poor quality and paid more for the hozelock one and it’s brilliant

My "gardener" loves it.
Him outdoors says this is an excellent product. He does a great job of keeping my plants alive and sometimes (if I ask nicely) I get my windows, car and garage door washed too!

Quality item, money well spent
Brilliant piece of kit, bought a cheaper "Giraffe" one before this which was a total waste of money, this does what it says and took only 15 mins to set up, love it
