Ok, so I have tried soooo many gels on my trainings. Some of them worked for what I needed them but my stomache was suffering with all of them. I was training for a half marathon, so it was a must. I have gut issues, so it was really important for me to ingest something that doesn't leave me in the bathroom (which happened with almost all of them). Anyways, I bought them for the first time the day before the race( I know, I'm crazy) but WOW!!! This exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed, the energy was in another level. It doesn't taste bad AT ALL! It has a texture like apple sauce, but more runny. Really easy to open during running, the price could be a little lower, but it is just me trying to bargain LOL. But I definetely recommend this one for people with GI issues.

Tasty, fast acting, easily digestible. Had one at mile 4 during a 10k, and it went down easily and kept me going through the race. Highly recommend to people who need fuel during endurance training.

My go-to gel for my long runs and endurance races. Very effective in keeping me fueled. Great taste, has a good amount of carbs and electrolytes. Goes down easy and doesn’t upset my stomach. Easy to open while running. Perfect size to fit in my shorts pockets or running belt.

If you like the taste of apple sauce (think GoGo Squeeze pouches) then you’ll love the taste of these gels. After trying several brands, they are far and away my favorite in terms of taste. I also feel a noticeable burst in energy roughly 15 mins after popping one of these which is true to what they claim on their marketing materials.The only two downsides I’ve noticed is the price which tends to be slightly higher than other brands in the market and the packaging seems to be sharp which could cause a cut on the side of your mouth if you’re ripping one of these while mid-run. That said, it’s a great product and my go-to for running fuel.
