Bad packaging caused damaged to cup, OK product quality
The media could not be loaded. Packaging of the product was not done properly due to which the top portion of the cups got cracked in courier it seem. Product quality is OK at this price range but they should pack it properly so that cups are safe

Bad quality product
Suction pump broke on 2nd day and the product is not replaceable....But i was able to repair pump by myself after seeing a youtube video.
