The first black can is super and the second white one is faulty, it’s vacuuming the can every 5 min and after battery discharged, the can became unvacuumed. I’m not using it now. 2 stars only because the first one is excellent.Update: The OutPeak team contacted me, so can say their support very responsive and helpful. They studied my case and offered to send a new can instead of faulty one.New update: Seller sent new canister instead of faulty one and it’s working perfectly. Changing to 5 stars. Great support.

I love the OUTPEAK Neo 2025 Auto Vacuum Coffee Canister! Its compact design fits perfectly in my kitchen, and the one-button operation is super easy to use. I purchased this to replace a canister that did the same thing but was hand operated (carpal tunnel). It works as intended with one caveat. It won't seal by itself. You need to hold the lid down as it operates. Certainly a minor problem - wish Amazon had the ability to give 4.5 stars.

I primarily purchased this for my whole bean coffee. Works great. Coffee stays extremely fresh. Fill the canister put the lid on and push the button and all the error is gone. I would highly recommend these!

An absolute game-changer for coffee lovers!With just one button press, it seals in freshness perfectly - no manual pumping, no complicated settings. I love how it instantly preserves my premium beans' aroma from the first use to the last scoop, even when I'm half-awake at 6 AM. The smart lid design is genius; it's completely airtight yet opens smoothly with a light press, which is perfect when my hands are full with coffee gear. What really surprised me is how space-efficient it is compared to my old bulky containers - fits neatly under my kitchen cabinet.

I had this thing in it's original packaging and sat on a shelf until I needed it. I opened the package carefully and noticed the bottom of the glass storage container and found the bottom panel shattered as in the picture. There were also all sorts of tiny glass pieces on the lid.The glass seems about 1-2mm in thickness and didn't survive the transport in the manufacturer's box. I'll recycle what I can and trash the rest.I would not accept a free replacement of the item from this company and I'd never purchase another one, nor would I buy anything else from this company.Note: that if you think I might have mishandled it in it's original box, you should be aware that the broken section was completely covered with the manufacturer's foam padding, so that wouldn't be possible.

The media could not be loaded. Update: well I finally got around to testing this unit against other products liie this. My findings were that they are very similar in the strength of vacuum that each can draw. I wont be judgemental Ill just show the results in picture form that I posted in this review. I do use both of these vacuum systems every day, everyday. The Outpeak canister is alot simpler to operate thats for sure. And the Outpeak jars/canisters do have a removeable rubber base. That is also another thumbs up. The battery life is longer for the Outpeak vs the other canister simply because it faster to reach its max vacuum setting. This time is around 5 to 10 seconds vs 20 to 30 seconds for the other canister simply because how much vacuum it can draw. The lid fits securly on the canister with or without the vacuum so u could theroretically just use this without using the vacuum.If I were to design this for just my needs I would have probably make it this big. Maybe alittle smaller in diameter but this is perfect for my needs. Which is grinding and filling the (4)coffee ☕ baskets the night before and storing them in this canister so it will make my mornings alot less complicated. Who needs that 1st thing in the morning !? lol 😆 please see video.Dave C. Stout
