THIS IS A SCAM. I received my results exactly 10 working days after submitting my hair sample. They sent a lovely 21 page pdf which was worth as much as the paper it wasn't written on. I was immediately suspicious when I saw the results were a random collection of items, none of which would explain my problems. Then I got to the section where they claimed they could tell what gut bacteria I have... from a hair sample. How would that even work?! A little research and it turns out hair analysis for intolerances has no scientific basis. It's total pseudoscience. Don't waste your money!

Very disappointed as I sent off my hair sample in early July and never heard back. It seems a very manual process as you receive a small plastic bag to put your hair sample in and you must write your name, email etc on the front. No way of tracking of knowing if received. I would not recommend sadly

It’s been 10 days since I sent my hair sample off and no emails to either say they’ve received it or the result.Exactly what I was after. Results by email 11 days later. Check your spam folder though.

I think this is a scam. I sent my test off weeks ago and still no results or any communication at all. There is no way to track the sample. I just paid to wate my time and lose a few hairs! Not very happy.

Advertised as 3-5 business days. 8 business days later and still no results. I don't mind things taking time, I also understand things can be late. But an email to say why it's late maybe? I have absolutely no confidence that my results will arrive. Product arrived on time but results are a no show.
