I have Sjogren's Disease, and my mouth is so dry, it's hard to talk sometimes. I have tried other sprays but this one doesn't burn (I chose the Strawberry flavor because I have discovered that anything with Mint burns my tongue terribly). It also seems to make my mouth feel more moist than other sprays. I honestly don't care if it lasts a full 4 hours or not as long as it moisturizes for some period of time and it doesn't make my tongue burn. I will keep buying.

I have sjogren’s and have tried a lot of different dry mouth products. This is probably the best taste and texture of anything I’ve tried. I honestly don’t know how moisturizing it is, I don’t think it lasts that long, but it’s the best I’ve tried.

Does not work

We have a CPAP user in the house and this helps prevent him from waking with a dry throat.

This works better than everything else I've tried. The only reason for the 4- instead of 5-star is that - for me at least - it does not last the 4 hours indicated it should. The flavor is neutral which I like. Excellent results.Update - been using for about a week now & I am lucky if lasts an hour per dose. But in that hour it is wonderful.... Just saying.

It works

Product does provide immediate relief for dry mouth symptoms. Convenient to carry in purse. But, flavor is lacking. I purchased this product as an alternative to mint flavor that is pervasive in dry mouth products. (I detest mint!) The strawberry flavor is too light leaving a bland after taste. Otherwise this product is fine.
