I’ve been taking Omega-3 regularly as part of my health routine, and this one from Naturaltein has been a nice addition. I don’t like the usual fish oil burps or that lingering aftertaste, and this one doesn’t have any of that. I’ve noticed that when I’m consistent with it, my joints feel a bit smoother and less achy after heavy workouts, and overall I just feel like my recovery is a bit more solid. It’s not something that hits you instantly like caffeine or pre-workout, but over a few weeks you do notice the subtle differences in how your body feels day to day. The softgels are easy on the stomach, and I haven’t had any issues with digestion or weird tastes. For daily health, workout recovery, or just keeping inflammation in check, this has been a straightforward and reliable product for me. Very satisfied with the results. I'm writing this review after using these capsules for one month and I can actually see the benefits. It reduced the inflammation of my scalp and joints also increased my energy level. If we talk about to the after taste, you will not get those fishy burps for sure because it contains rosemary flavour. Thank you!

Product is good. Not rencid. Fresh smell. It is a good option.

I got a bottle with two leaked capsules. There was a bad smell coming from inside bottle and when I emptied bottle, I found two capsules which leaked and it made whole bottle go faulty. There can be healthy issues if we consume other capsules, so it was total loss for me.

The taste isn’t good, and it causes burps after taking it. I’ve used pharma-grade fish oil before, which was far better than this one. I bought this because it was heavily advertised on Instagram. In terms of results, it feels similar to others. I personally didn’t notice any difference from the triglyceride form.
