I knew in advance from reading the reviews to make sure you use the sizing chart given, and pick the size that is true to your measurements for bust, waistline and hips, and it will fit great. Mostly likely 1 size up from your norm, but this is just a number so don't be freaked out by the size. With different brands I can range all the way from an extra large all the way up to a 3x because every brand has different inches for their sizes. That means my clothes range from 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 and 26. That's a huge range for the same body measurements, that's why it is imperitive that you measure yourself and check the particular vendor's sizing chart to pick your size for that one item. For me, for this particular dress you will see in the photo, it's a size 3x. I am 50-45-52. Weight number doesn't matter, the inches are what it's based on. Pick the size that fits your measurements and don't think twice about worrying about the number size, just order it. When you put it on, guaranteed you will look slimmer than if you wore a size too small. Wearing clothes that fit you properly, no matter what size, will always make you look more fit and put together than trying to squeeze into something too small.ALSO VERY IMPORTANT- if you are someone with a larger bust like me,44C-D, make sure you buy a PLUNGE BRA, which will fit great with this dress. (A plunge bra will probably help smaller busts too). The dress is cut quite low in the chest, but after putting on the plunge bra, it hoists the girls up to the right place and the dress fits even better. The empire waist band definitely should be under your breasts to fit properly, especially since this dress has little round pads to cover your nipples if you choose to not wear a bra. If you don't put the empire waist band under your breasts, then the pads will be at your neck and the dress will fit all wrong. (Just put the waist band on your ribs just below your breasts). If the cut is still too low for you, a nice lace vneck cami looks nice too for modesty.Also, I hate my arms, so I bought a little black summer shrug to go with the dress and it goes great together. I'm wearing this to a summer evening wedding and I can't wait to go because I feel so good in this dress. The material is soft but has enough weight to it so it falls nicely on your curves and really flatters a full figure. (And no ironing required). Getting the right sized dress though makes all the difference in how the bust area fits, so make sure you measure yourself to match up with their size chart. Anyhow, it's a great dress, I normally don't wear low cut dresses but with the plunge bra and shrug, I was happy. Just use your own personal choice of adjustments that's right for you, and you'll love this dress as well.

Very nice fits pretty well super soft dress. This is a very nice dress for the price. The colors are vibrate and true to the picture shown. The dress is easy, wash and wear. Very well made no lose threads or odd mismatch print. I really love that the straps are adjustable. The dress is very flattering to most shapes I would presume it flows very nicely over the hips without being tip or binding. It does have very light pads no bra is necessary with it however, it is very low cut I put a few stitches in to hold it together so I don't show more than people need to see LOL. I suppose if you wanted to you could wear a cami under it also. Overall it's a great dress I ordered a med based on what others had said in their reviews I find that it's just a little big, perhaps I could have gone with a small. But that's okay gives me room to grow. Would recommend.

Wow!! I really really LOVE this dress. I wasn't sure when I ordered it, I read the reviews a million times & kept searching for a good maxi dress.... it seemed like I always came back to this one! I LOVE the black & white pattern, but I have never owned a dress like this before, so it was a bit scary deciding to actually go for it & get it! I'm about 5'5, 148lbs, approx 34C bra & 7/8 in pants & I ordered the Medium & I am glad I did! The part that covers the bust is almost too small, but it's workable. I love that it can be worn without a bra... I brought it to wear after swimming the other day when we were out with friends & the dress was lightweight, comfortable & so easy to put on. This is truly a no fuss dress! I haven't tried it with a bra yet, if I ever decide to wear one I'm not sure how or if it will even work since the bust is cut so low, it's almost like a bikini top or something. It provides decent support for my little bust. I am super happy with my purchase & I'm deff not disappointed that I took a chance & bought this dress.

I was looking for something to wear on a tropical vacation, purchased this dress but unsure if it will get taken along. This dress is not made for anyone tall unless you don't mind it being short. I'm 5'5 and it hangs well above my ankles with no shoes on. VERY low cut. Would be cute if you are fairly flat chested, but any amount of chest will be well displayed. Could work if you are wearing a bathing suit under and don't mind if it shows some. So it's short and low, but the rest of this size is true. Shoulder straps are adjustable which is good. The fabric is swim suit like... silky. Print is cute.

I love these dresses, I now have 5 because they are so comfy. As far as it being so low cut I wear those little cami bras under mine in coordinating colors, some lacy & some plain and get compliments all the time.I am 5'3 so I tie a little knot in it around my knee area & it actually looks cute & keeps me from tripping over it.I have 2 of them that I used another dress for a pattern & cut them so the back is rounded & comes between my knee & calf & the front is cut shorter. I like this as it allows you to bend over without showing everything. LOL. The material is so nice I didn't even hem them.

I ordered this dress for a cruise. Based on the reviews and the photo I thought it would be floor length on me as I am only 5 ft. It is actually about 6 inches to long. It is also a little small in the bust and shows a lot of cleavage wich is great for some people but was too revealing for me...i wear a 38-C. The fabric is great but a little heavier than I thought it would be. I'm going to hem it short I think, and wear it for boating or something. Over all a nice dress if you're six foot and a B cup. I did like that it has adjustable straps and it's lightly padded so no need for a bra.
