bought as a quick refresher - don't bother. if you have the BMC book already, it's extremely disappointing - it's easier to remind yourself by flicking through the original book. if you've not come across BMC before, then I don't think this booklet does do BMC any favours - it completely misses the point re: several key BMC tenants. I threw my copy of this booklet away, it was such a waste of time
