Sharp and sturdy
Fabulous knife! I've had this for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. Very sharp with all in one metal blade and handle so blade not likely to detach from handle.. Also very handy additional blade guard. First cut was slightly 'slanted' but after a couple of sharpens all cuts are straight. Bought to replace 5" knife that was accidentally thrown away with potato peelings that I'd had for 20+ years. I was hesitant at first but so glad I did. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5*****

Very good
Now that I am on a more plant based diet, I needed a very good chopping knife. Very pleased and price point was very good.

Good knife
Good shape and balance, haven’t got the hang of using this yet as intended, I’m used to using a sharp carving knife for onion and peppers etc. this knife is much heavier and takes some getting used to to retrain your muscle memory for fine chopping. But good shape, balance and quality.

Not the sharpest
Not the sharpest knife I’ve bought but fairly comfortable to hold. Spent ages trying to sharpen it to the level I expect from my knives
