Used after foot surgery, Glad I bought these, really helps in bringing the swelling down.Part er suffers from.gout, these will also work a treat to.Only used in freezer so far, but I am sure they will work just as well in microwave if you need heat

Recommended by my surgeon after foot surgery. Encases foot & ankle, durable, comfortable to use for approx 20 mins each time. So much better than the old frozen peas solution. Very well made, good value and will last for years. Worth having in your medical kit if you suffer from plantar fasciitis or liable to sports injuries.

These say what they do. Have used for cold therapy on one foot. Will be great for the future. Good value for money and look like will be good for sore feet also. Quality seems good. Marked down only as I I have small feet so they do not fit as well as I hoped. With some cling film made it work! Easy to use.

My feet get too hot in bed or after a long day and I soak them in cold water or get a cold cloth. Really bad days I grab a cold gel pack but that only covers part of the feet.Recently I was bitten all over my feet by mosquitoes after wearing flip flops and I have a reaction to bites. My feet ballooned and hurt so bad I couldn’t even get my flip flops on and the itching… oh my god the itching.It called for drastic measures.I spotted these and I’m so glad I did. They cover the bottom of the tired hot feet but also wrap around the sides and top of my feet cooling all those itchy swollen mosquitoe bites.I wish I knew theses existed years ago.Just pop them in the little bag provided and put in the fridge for a while. After a long day put ur feet up, slip these bad boys on and welcome to bliss. Sweet relief ahhhhhh

These arrived yesterday was a bit disappointed with the fit but plenty of room, they could do with some straps to hold them round your feet, not suitable to walk in best sitting down, but overall they did the job, I suffer with burning hot feet and swelling and they we’re heaven cooled my feet and eased the pain. I highly recommend them but sit with them on.

Terrific choice! I will have these a long time., nice packag with a freezer bag, great colorful appearance, feels good and spacious as a size 8 with hugely swollen foot that makes my foot more like a 9+ FYI: NOT for standing or bearing weight, and is clearly marked, and these are best out of four items I bought that did not have the simplicity and EASE of these! Excellent with socks, as can really lie back and relax 20- min. Is really comfy and works best freezing for 2- hours or less, or thaw out 30- min before wearing if want it malleable to foot. The gel style is sooo comfy! Great in recliner or bed or with footstool to have feet up!

If you have hot feet, especially in the night. These are worth it for sure
