Not what I was expecting
Not sure what to think. It has lots of color to it Blue green...hardly any white. Also it is very creamy. Like softened cream cheese. No crumble texture to it at all. It is very very strong tasting. Maybe because it has so much gritty looking color marble to it. I don't think I will be eating it. It didn't look like the photo shown.

I make a wonderful green lentil salad from Milk Street but also just eat on crackers.

too strong and pungent. It depends on your taste. too much for me,
I am a fan of Gorgonzola, but this is seriously pungent. Way too strong. Its workable, just use it in very small quantities or you will be overwhelmed.
