Did a city roast, very smooth(hint of chocolate), great breakfast coffee.Very good quality beans think I only picked out only one bean prior to roastingBeans roasted evenly, think next time I order will do a City+ roast.

I have been roasting my own coffee for around 5 years now and have found multiple suppliers (yes, including Sweet Maria's) during that time. This coffee is on par with everyone else for quality control.For this particular source, the coffee is excellent. Smooth, flavorful, and complex. I thoroughly enjoy each and every cup from the lightest roast to the darkest.This coffee would be great for a beginner since the roast range seems to be around city to full city, which is quite a good range.

I was very pleased with these as a beginner to home roasting. The flavor is good, nothing too complex to overwhelm somebody just starting to learn how to roast their own coffee. If you undercook or burn a few batches, it won't put you in the poor house. If you want a standard tasting coffee, but just want it fresher than you could get from the store or even your average coffee shop, this will certainly do that job.

Good coffee. Roast up very well. It's not espresso so don't expect that. Coffee brews up black as coal, but smooth as a baby's backside. One cup is an eye opener! Seems to have extra caffeine. I'm buying again.

Great beans with great flavors.I'd suggest to roast this to a City+Only issue was there were a good amount of "bad" green beans that I had to toss before roasting. Slightly more than usual. But still very happy with the purchase.

Nice green coffee beans, I roasted Italian and used it for espresso.

Very good arabica beans I make dark roast and medium roasts and it tastes very fresh and smell great when roasting and to make sure you have a even roast I make mine in a popcorn machine
