Excellent. Yet another stellar product by this company (and I've purchased a ton from them in the last few months). I'm well pleased. Hubby is having major GI issues: bleeding ulcers, likely H Pylori. We're experimenting with herbs we can take in addition to hospital meds, bc his condition needs all the help it can get. You should take this herb for therapeutic reasons, not for taste, bc it is super bitter. I'm doing TCM, and this herb has a great profile for both hubby and me. You should look up its TCM profile first to decide if its actions are a fit for you. I really like it, despite the taste, so I'm eager to stock up.

We love the Icelandic Moss Tea. We were first introduced to it when visiting Reykjavik and enjoyed it. It has many health benefits too. Beware if you make it too strong it will taste bitter and it may put you off, however if you make it lighter and if needed add a bit of honey it's lovely. Make a cup, close your eyes and transport yourself to Iceland... In terms of the seller - Health Embassy - we are regular costumers with them and love their products (they have a very good range), beautifully packaged and their services are efficient, the delivery always reliable and quick.

Bad Batch? Normally this tea is ideal for when I have a strong cough. Usually this tea is a grey colour and texture is like curly moss, but this one came in a brown colour and with a lot of dried grass like bits. When I brewed the tea it was very weak and tasteless. Disappointed, not sure what’s changed?

It is actually very delicious. Did it help with cough -no but taste good. A little bitter but kinda goid bitter if that makes sense.

I've been making tee with this moss daily, as my friend who is a doctor recommended me, a cup of Irish Moss tea daily upon awakening and after two months of that I noticed that I am no longer as susceptible to colds or sore throats. Usually I fall ill very easily, but not once in two month of drinking this moss tea. My SpO2 is also consistently high now. It was regularly at 92%94% level before and it is 99% now, my lungs are working better. Amazing. It also kills all my cravings for sweets, which was the original reason why I started drinking bitter teas. This one is the best tasting bitter tea that I found. I love it.

Just as I remembered it from child hood - nice and bitter - if one does not like bitter, a bid of honey will help. I use it as tea, but also successfully for inhalations. Truly does what it promises - I can only recommend this please not to confuse with "sea moss" - these a 2 different things. I

My terrible cough i had for days without nothing helping me was healed after 1 cup!!! Moss or Magic??? Same happened with my kid a week later, she was coughing so badly and usual cough meds wont helping her this time, was frustrating. This helped right away!
