easy to use and it works
First time i used this box something has been in and had a good nibble at the block bait which i put inside. so its the end of my "visitor" in my composter hopefully. i shall leave it in position till no more nibbling!... very good product

Rentokil FBSR02 Bait Station
Have used this box with the new Rentokil bait blocks and other baits, as of yet no takers. But the new Rentokil bait blocks attached to an engineering brick with a bit of chain in a safe place, that other animals and children can’t get too is a totally different story. Bait taken every night for three nights and rats have gone. Rat last seen on security camera stumbling up the middle of the garden (not along the normal run). bye bye rat problem. New Rentokil Rat bait (red weather proof blocks) 10 out of 10. Rentokil FBSR02 bait box, not sure about!

Missing the red key, don’t buy
I ordered 2 boxes and both were missing the red key so useless as couldn’t open. No option to request the key sent separately without having to return the package. Do not buy.

better for smaller rodents
We had this down for several weeks and it didn't catch a thing. I dont know if that was because my furry friend were tok big to get in the hole??? Maybe better for mice not rats
