These are one of my favorite gut pro/previotics! They are very gentle in the stomach and I can really tell a difference with how bloated I am.The pills are easy to swallow and don’t leave that weird aftertaste either.

I forgot to take these until I needed them.They are easy to swallow, without upsetting my digestion.They seem to work very well so far.

Gaia herbs is a reputable supplement brand to take.This Gut Revival supplement is liquid filled capsules so I would think that would help with absorption. You can literally see the liquid in the capsules when you turn them upside down. They are an average size capsule and are easy to swallow.This helps support the intestinal permeability of your gut lining. A lot of things can affect your lining and having a healthy lining may help.One of the main ingredients is Astragin which is made from astragulus and panax nanoginsing. This helps support your intestinal wall and help your microbiota. Hopefully this helps with my leaky gut type symptoms.The other ingredients is a herbal blend of both kola leaf, organic jujubefruit and seed, organic lemon balm, and organic chamomile.Overall I am happy with this supplement and would much rather try to prevent my symptoms with this than treat after the fact with other items.

I have been a long time fan of Gaia Herbs because I feel that their business practices and transparency are commendable in a supplements industry with little regulation. There are only a couple brands I truly trust with herbal supplements and Gaia is one of them. I have to say I have had very few misses with this brand. As an aspiring herbalist myself I find their formulas to be great! So far with this supplement I have noticed a general difference with this supplement especially as someone with chronic stomach issues. I also don't notice any burps like I do with liquid capsules like calm ASAP.

I have been using this gut health supplement for about two weeks. Thus far, I have not experienced any bloating or digestive supplement (as people with gut issues know, sometimes digestive supplements can cause other digestive issues) and I do feel like it may be having a positive impact for me, personally.I do appreciate that it is a single pill that I can take at the start of my day, on an empty stomach. Easy to remember, easy to swallow, and no aftertaste or burps.
