Amazing value
They work great! I use them for face painting, it’s an amazing value for the money, even without the black friday sale I got them on. They’re super easy to clean, easy to use, and so far they’ve held their shape very well (and i am one of those that stabs the brush in the bottom of the water cup. i should probably find a better cleaning method lol)Great deal! I bought a second pack. (:

Not for Face Paint
I use Fusion, Tag, and Mehron for my water activated paints. I do face painting for haunted attractions and kids face painting. My brushes are woochie and royal from Michael’s store. I saw a previous review saying they loved these brushes for face painting and they were great for the price. I think they are nice brushes, but not for face painting like the description/ title says. They would be good for acrylic though. They weren’t picking up the water activated paint and when I went to draw a rose it didn’t look rich in color. I loaded up my brush pretty well and it wasn’t too wet. It was enough to moisturize the paint to activate and glide on the skin. I washed my brushes with a bristle brush and gentle soap ( easy cleaning).

just ok
Not great but not terrible. for my use they don’t hold up for very long - I use a maroger medium which is particularly hard on brushes but I had hoped they’d be at least as sturdy as other golden taklon. Nah.OTOH they might be great for acrylics or watercolors or even oils w a diff medium.
