I have been using caffeine for a few years in order to mitigate migraines, if i get about 100-200mg of caffeine i would not get migraines throughout the day. When i saw the label and the amount of caffeine per pill i was happy, it has 400mg of caffeine on two pills meaning 200mg of caffeine per pill double my normal usage. But i highly doubt this pills have 200mg, i don't think it even has 100mg as it is my daily dose and it prevents migraines right now i have been taking it for the last couple of days with 2 days and 2 migraines, so i would really like to know if the pills have any actual caffeine as it is certified or verified by any independent lab. So if you want to try do it so at your risk, if you are like me and need caffeine for preventive purposes just skip this one and look for a better quality product.

I drive everyday about 300 or more miles for work. I must be alert for this job.These pills take me from endless yawning to normal. No jitters, no feeling of anything abnormal… just awake and ready for work.There is no increased in mental ability… there is no increase in physical ability. I do suspect their claims of 400mg of caffeine maybe exaggerated as it always takes 2 pills (equivalent to 7.5 cups of coffee) to wake me up.I have the same effect when I drink an ice coffee from the Kwik Trip gas station. I wish there were some way to verify the caffeine level claim in this product.I any case. It works and works well. I subscribed to keep a supply with me at all times.

I only took 1 at a time and that was enough to help me keep at a chore or project. I think caution should be used if there are any health issues.

It works quite well! I don't need to buy energy drink.This is much better than energy drinks which include sugar, HFCS or alternative sweetener.
