Yeah my needle tool broke too like the other reviewer posted in his pic. Pushed the plug in, and when I tried to pull it out, the handle just separated from the metal part, just like in his pic. Very cheap.Fortunately I read these reviews and made sure I had a pair of pliers just in case this happened. Was able to pull it out with the pliers.Other than that, it comes with plenty of plugs and a tube of cement as well. What do you expect for $5.00?And technically the needle tool is still useable, just make sure you have a pair of pliers to pull it out with if it breaks. You can still push a plug in with the needle, just can't pull it out with the needle...use the pliers.I gave it 2 out of 5 because it comes with lots of plugs and cement and the two separate tools, but it really shouldn't break like that. But like I said, it's still useable.

THE TOOL HANDLE TO TO INSERT THE PLUG BENT WHEN USING. THERE WAS ONLY ENOUGH GLUE FOR 2 PLUGS USING IT SPARINGLY. YOU RECEIVE 18 PLUGS WITH ENOUGH GLUE FOR 2.
