Bread rise
I use this but it doesn’t seem to make any difference if I do or not, It’s supposed to make your bread rise better..But I use bread flour so probably would work better with all purpose flour.

Sourdough bread baking
This product assisted my sourdough starter. Boosted the strength of the starter. Baking now and will be using in future pizza dough and loaves.

Great product
This works great for sourdough with bread flours that do not have added enzyme. You will get nicely browned crusts and perfect crumb.
