Great for anything topical
This stuff is the best for topical applications to heal everything from cuts to rashes to acne. Non toxic and a great option for anyone allergic to antibiotic creams. Easy to use. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the quality and results.

Skin Issues skin HolyGrail in a bottle 🙌🏼
I have repurchased this so many times. As a woman with a lot of inflammation and skin issues this stuff is a freaking miracle. Not only is there no sting but no smell, but it’s also not sticky when sprayed and actually DOES work. Helps healing time to be much quicker. This is something I’ll always keep in my purse for myself and kids. I promise you won’t regret trying this one haha. So difficult to know what to try sometimes but this is truly a game changer for any type of skin irritation, scraps, rash, redness etc!! My only concern with this product would be cost but I’ve still ended up repurchasing so many times over so I do think it’s worth the price. Would highly recommend!

Totally healed in 72 hours (or less)
I rarely ever leave Amazon reviews, but this product worked so quickly that I had to say something. Within 72 hours, my skin looked better and I felt so much more confident. I originally bought Active Skin Repair First Aid Hydrogel for a cut on my nose (and, honestly, to help with a few acne spots), and every time I used it, it noticeably sped up healing and reduced redness. It’s super easy to apply, doesn’t sting, and absorbs fast without leaving any sticky residue. What I appreciate most is how clean and gentle it is. No harsh chemicals, no strange smell — just a straightforward product that actually delivers on its promises. It’s definitely one of those “why didn’t I try this sooner” finds. If you’re looking for something reliable, this is absolutely worth it. It might sound funny, but it’s officially part of my skincare routine now.

Gentle, Effective, and a Must-Have for Every First Aid Kit
This spray has quickly become a go-to in our home for everything from scrapes and bug bites to mild rashes and sunburns. I love that it uses hypochlorous acid, a natural, non-toxic ingredient, so I feel safe using it on both myself and my kids, even on sensitive skin. It goes on as a fine, cooling mist, which makes application easy and painless (especially helpful with little ones who don’t like creams or wipes). We’ve seen faster healing and less irritation when we use this consistently, especially on playground scrapes and diaper-area rashes. The compact 3 oz size is perfect for travel, diaper bags, or gym kits, and I love that it’s HSA/FSA eligible, makes stocking up easier. If you’re looking for a clean, effective alternative to traditional antiseptic creams or sprays, I highly recommend this product. It’s one of those things you don’t realize you need until you’ve used it — and then you won’t want to be without it.

Works Well. Needs Better Instructions.
First and foremost, yes, it's expensive but this gel works as advertised! I had an open cut on my forefinger that wasn't healing and was slightly infected. I tried the usual drug store remedies with little effect, then I came across this stuff. After two days of using the gel the results were remarkable! Healing and closure well underway.after four days it was closed and usable. That said, the instructions for use need improvement, from twisting the nozzle to open after removing the safety seal to how to remove the gel by gently washing with warm water between applications, something I recommend. As far as applying it goes, I found that a bead of gel in the cut covered with a bandaid and changed three times a day worked best. All in all it's a great product that I won't again be without but I urge the manufacturer to provide more meaningful and detailed instructions for use. But for this I'd have given it five stars across the board!

Absolutely Rave About this Product
I can’t rave about this stuff enough. It is like a little miracle worker in our first aid kit. Only complaint is that a lot comes out with the gel one. It helped my finger heal up SO fast after slicing it pretty good with a knife and my sons road rash healed up with no scars.

Quick healing
This stuff is amazing. My son burnt himself on the oven, top of his hand had a huge blister, I bought this hoping it would speed up the process and after applying I could see a significant difference in just 1-2 days. Completely healed in a short time, I know it would have taken longer without this this. With my children always finding ways to rough themselves up I will be keeping a bottle of this in my home always. 10 stars easily.

Sci-fi Jelly
So to start this off I probably used the product incorrectly, I do not care, it still worked VASTLY better than expected. I work in manufacturing so between chemicals, cardboard, and the fact I chewed my nails for years, my hands dry out at an accelerated rate. I couldn’t figure out why the skin around my fingernails was falling off every few weeks or simply not growing back, getting extremely dry and sometimes visibly infected before healing slowly. Recently I discovered that infections can lie dormant or “chronic” for extremely long times, explaining why the liberal amounts of moisturizer didn’t work on those spots specifically, so I purchased an anti bacterial oil for said issue and this. Results? Holy Crap!!! The damage isn’t revolting but the skin around my nails is red and extremely dry on the sides of each finger, usually alternating though. The oil did its job well and the skin felt/looked better but not healed…this stuff? Well at first I considered rubbing it in but I had a day off so I coated the entire cuticle of one finger with a nice glob to let it to its thing while I did what I needed to at my desktop for the day. I checked on it about an hour later to see little change beyond the gel being slightly cloudy and having a visible edge, at 2.5 hours I rubbed it in and re applied. After the third round of application and cleaning the wound the deepest part was closed and it had gone from red to pink. By the end of the second day I had a mostly normal cuticle on a finger that has barely had one in months. I do not know what in the Star Wars this stuff is but I will be getting a lot more

I love this for scrapes, rashes, and painful splits around my fingernails/cuticles. I don’t know why it’s so much more expensive on Amazon U.K. vs in the US :/
