Build quality is good and sound quality good

Will have chance to replace or return product because of battery backup is not fine and when use right side any call i not pickup from headphone click to answer (please return or replace)(second device is not taking pairing this is warrenty period please take action )

Just started using the air 4 pro and loving it so far , sound quality is great. Battery life is good enough to use it for around 5 days to a week if it's being used around 4 hours a day. ANC is pretty decent as well , it blocks out most of the noise from outside. Mic quality is really good aswell. No issue or muffled effect whole recording audio or making calls .But most amazing is their customer support , I've been using another model dor around 6 months before buying this which was pretty good aswell . But I was facing some issues after using it for some time , so I contacted the customer support and they have taken care of all the issues so well and even after resolving the issue they still kept following up to make sure that I'm 100% satisfied with their service. Hands down the best customer support experience I've had. They have shown me what is the level of customer support we as customers should expect and shouldn't settle for anything less.Anybody not sure if you should go with sound peats or not, I 1000% suggest and vouch for them.

It has some cool features but it's not upto the worth of the money but in long term the battery won't last long but after 30 minutes it will be zero and that happened after 6 months of purchase and this happened in sound peats tru capsule also I thought there's some improvement to this one but am mistaken never ever gonna buy from this brand again

Compared to 3Pro, the noise cancellation is average. I use the earphones while commuting to work and the performance is okay. Sound is loud and good bass with EQ.Edit: Customer service is amazing, they helped me with the issue and supported well.SoundPeats has best customer service ever.
