I dont like to use xanax unless I need to. This is a great natural alternative. It eases my anxiety without making me groggy. Definitely makes me more calm and takes off the edge.

i thought this might help with my panic/anxiety i've had forever and i normally take a small dose of klonopin 'as needed' and trying not to take it at all but haven't quite got there yet and thought this might be the answer-i use hylands for leg cramps and it's a life saver when my calf seizes up but last night as i started getting anxious and nervous-i put 1 under my tongue....after a little while-went to write something and i couldn't really make it make sense and later-started feeling confused and it was the most horrible night of not sleeping-feeling like my mind was at the edge and it was very scary-thank god it wore off (i think it wore off)
