Arrived well-packaged and in excellent, new condition.
The batteries and charger arrived well-packaged. I have not had an occasion to use them yet, but they began recharging the minute they were inserted into the charger and the charger worked correctly. Indicator lights are helpful and I am expecting everything will continue to work as they should.

It's DeWalt.....they are great. If using basic 2Ah sets, great upgrade.
It's a Dwalt battery pack. Was a great price for 2 5Ah and charger too. In store it's like 30 more bucks least round here. 5Ah is great for contractors. I'm an assembler and built all day with just one battery and the indicator never went to the second light. 5Ah for an impact or drill is the butter zone for a contractor battery unless using specialized tools or voltages (like flex volt stuff or cordless big saws etc). Can't go wrong. Never had issues with Dewalt or Milwaukee tools or batteries (my go tos.) BTW, my Dewalt 20V Max drill and Impact are over 8 years old and work great still. My orogional batteries finally only held like 50% power and they were 2Ah. These are a great upgrade to a set of beat to heck tools still doing the job of a tradesman. Batteries finally stop holding charge. Part of it. But their tools are beyond capable of their praise. Why DeWalt has been a leader for over a decade.

Great batteries. Long lasting and compact..work great with all my tools. The charger works quickly and has a bright status light so I know from a distance what's happening.

Unbalanced cells
One of the batteries will not take a full chargeEdit: I was able to balance the cells and dewalt backs there products with zero hassle free return shipping that I didnt need. My chicom knockoffs do not do this

Used but more like never used.
Listed as used- like new, and they are exactly that. I expected some signs of use, but they (2 batteries and a charger) look brand new. Both batteries charged up just fine. Tool4Less seller.
