The strap came completely apart from the bottom of the bag within the first 2 weeks of use. Not overweight or mishandled, it's just low quality garbage. Avoid this bag.

The bag itself was okay. Lots of pockets, which was nice. But the zippers were not good. Two were split when I took it out of the package and I had to spend a lot of time trying to fix them. But now I have zero confidence they are going to stay shut and not break. If I wasn’t going on a trip I would return this and find a better quality product.
