I ordered this for my husband who is struggling to manage a number of health issues this supplement will address. He has been taking this supplement now for about 3 weeks. In that time he has seen significant improvement in his sleep, digestion, sugar management/control, & appetite control. My husband has told me the taste is a bit "grass-like", especially if made as a hot tea-like beverage, but has said it is easier on the palate when it's sprinkled on greens like a nice salad or added to a veggie omelet. It does take a bit of effort to get it to dissolve at all in hot water, so I wouldn't recommend that approach to taking it. It could be easily made into capsules for easier consumption if you were to purchase some cellulose capsules for the supplement. Overall, it seems to be working fairly well to date & he will likely continue taking this supplement as long as he is seeing some good stabilizing results.

I'm hoping this works well as an anti inflammatory. Easy to mix with any liquid. I put it in my morning tea
