I'm surprised by how big these are. i thought they were like actual face size, but they are gigantic. but i guess you can cut them around to fit the size of the face.

I’m no facial or skin care expert so I truly don’t know what’s right or wrong. But they do the job when using high frequency at home.

It doesn’t really lock down the moisture in the face and dry out way too quick but I like that it’s made of cotton. Also, I like that it coversyour chin area too.
