This is just collagen powder, nothing else. When I first mixed this in hot cocoa (as I got this with the idea of making a hot cocoa mix that included collagen), I realized this package didn’t have a scoop, so looked at the Serving size, which said “1 Tsp = 10g” and that seemed like a small amount to be 10g, but added that to my cocoa. Drinking the cocoa, not really being able to tell a difference, I read the bag and found where it said, “Take 2 Tablespoons (10g)” and realized that the Serving Size should be 2 Tbl not 1 Tsp. So I added a tablespoon to the half cup of cocoa I had left, and could tell a difference then—it made it much creamier and gave it body—big difference! I was glad that I was able to merely stir in the additional tablespoon, it mixed in easily and dissolved right away. I tried it the following day in cold coffee and it added a lot of body, mixing easily in cold as well as hot beverages.
