It a good product for those multiple people talking on the phone at the same time in multiple rooms. Very high-quality tool.

I bought this set for my aging Mom to replace other Panasonic cordless home phones that she had been using. The older phones were scratched up and some buttons started getting stuck when depressed. I stuck with Panasonic so she didn't have to relearn any of the functions. Mom likes the big LCD display and large buttons, but mostly the Audible Caller ID Announcement feature so she can screen calls from Window Salesmen and Scammers.

Well packaged and shipped quickly. Easy set-up, handsets coordinated themselves with no issues. Good sound volume and call blocking features. A bit on the "lightweight side" compared to my old Panasonic but then everything new today seems be that way! Only disappointment to note is that if you use a provider for your phone messages the phone does not "flash" that you have a message waiting. I don't know if you use the "recording message" on the phone itself whether it flashes as I did not try that set-up. So beware if that's important for you. At least on the old Panasonic all the handsets flashed if their was a phone provider message. For the price I think it should work both ways and I think it's is a bit unclearly deceptive on its functionality in the description of the phone features. Otherwise a great phone. Lisa

This phone is replacing a 20 year old Panasonic phone that finally wore out. I tried 2 other models of Panasonic phones before I found this one that has a quality look and feel similar to my old phone. This new one has louder sound and would be ideal for those who have hearing issues. The flashlight is a handy addition and shines over a wide area with surprisingly bright light. All in all this phone was worth the wait to find it and I would recommend it to anyone. I noticed on the Amazon description page that there was a notice that the black phone of this model was frequently returned. I bought the white one and so far it is a great purchase.

Bought this for an older relative. They like that it can block numbers you don't want calling you in the future. Good for non-tech oriented people.

Perhaps i am not to bright or electronically challenged. Yes the keys are big and has voice boost but it can be complicated to use. If i understand cord it can block any calls not on your favorites list. That is if you set it up that way. But that is up surd. Everytime i give out my number or expect a call i have to add that number to favorites. So my phone is set to receive all calls. You do have the option to block calls you don’t want to except. Anyway to remember the steps regarding call blocking is beyond my capacity and i would think most people. I would of returned it but after i received it i was away for several weeks. Shen i finally got around to learning it the return window had closed. Oh, try getting through to panasonic customer service. Easy if you don’t mind talking to a robot but trying to get a human is almost impossible

One of the phones keeps loosing connection to the base… and those on the other end of the phone cant hear you!We got this to replace another Panasonic phone set that we’ve had for a long time. It had all the features we wanted, including an answering machine, call blocking, directories/speed dial for a limited number of phone numbers, large letters, sound boost for my hard of hearing elderly father. It even has a flashlight which I thought I wouldn’t use, but needed to use within three days of purchasing.This works well, especially if you have caller ID with your phone company.I love how bright it is, and that the flashlight flashes whenever a call comes in. (which is great for those who can’t hear too well.)
