I’ve now found a product for electrolytes that I really love! The flavour has a sweetness that is subtle and pleasant, so downing my water is easy! My hydration levels throughout the day feel balanced and I feel nourished. It’s really important to me to have good quality ingredients when it comes to taking care of my body, and this product ticks all those boxes. This is great value for money. I highly recommend 🙂

I used to take electrolytes after running and gym workouts but recently I’ve added to my daily morning routine regardless of exercise. This was on recommendation as I tend to skip breakfast and have late lunch so in effect doing intermittent fasting and eating low carb and apparently your minerals get out of balance easily and you can get dehydrated and need extra salts even if you drink lots of water as I did. Taking electrolyte supplements daily has been a game changer, I feel a difference throughout the day.. Prefer this powder to the ones I was buying before like dioralyte and other sachets, even lmnt which is too expensive here in the uk. This one has the right amounts of sodium and potassium and trace minerals. The taste is quite mild and mixes well with juice if you prefer a stronger sweeter taste, although for me I just take it with plain water. Love it!

Revolting! I was hoping for a nice fruity rehydration drink, instead it tastes like a bad milkshake in my water. Expensive waste of money on a product so foul.

As someone who is very active, this powder was definitely the best I could've bought. It keeps me hydrated when I'm at the gym or on a jogI prefer using powders, and this one has a really nice flavour with no aftertaste! I've tried others, but this is definitely the nicest I've hadIt arrived quickly and without any issues. Will definitely be buying again

Value for money it looks like the best deal, but I've had it for just over a month and it's already going hard you need to break it down to a powder to mix, as for the taste it's foul, won't be buying again.

Bought this before and didn’t seem to be so little in the tub the last time. I just opened from sealed and there is probably less than half the powder in the tub. For the price I would expect it to be almost full
