Good for audio/video recording, but the slight delay means they are not suitable for PA use
This pair of wireless lapel microphones are neat and inconspicuous, they come with a USB-C to USB-A adaptor, a set of earbuds, a charging lead, additional windshields for outdoor use, and a carry pouch. They can be used to record speech on a mobile device (phone tablet etc.) and once the microphones and receiver have been fully charged, they should last for several hours.I tested the microphones connected to a Samsung S22, making a successful recording, and this is obviously how they are intended to be used. But, out of interest, I plugged the receiver into a mixer, using the 3.5mm jack. The first thing I noticed, was that the output level was low, needing the gain to be turned up almost to the maximum (and prone to noise, which, incidentally, can be cancelled by grounding the USB-C outer plug). I suspect that if I used an XLR to jack converter, the gain would have been higher. However, the main problem is the slight delay, as the audio must go via an analogue to digital converter. This delay* can be quite off putting and means that they can’t really be used in this mode, although the reverb is fun to play with.So overall, these microphones are good for digital voice recording, but not suitable for PA use.* If you want to witness the type of delay, try plugging a microphone into your laptop and direct the output to the built-in speakers.

Very useful for recording, especially outdoors
This kit comes with two wireless lavalier microphones, a charging cable and a receiver that plugs into a USB-C socket (or USB-A with the supplied adapter or cable) or directly into an iPhone. I understand that it supports Android phones too, but I have only tested with an iPhone and on a Windows PC.The good news is that the microphones are very sensitive and produce surprisingly good sound quality. Clipped to a shirt does not create any particular rustling noises and the supplied "fluffy" covers do a pretty decent job in mild wind, although they could get overwhelmed if you were facing a moderate breeze. Both microphones worked well to deliver sound (see point re stereo, below), so it is easy to have two different people mic'd up at the same time.On both Windows and the iPhone, the receiver is recognised immediately - no need for any drivers.I was able to record straight into OB Studio on the PC, and create a video on the phone, and the audio was captured at a pretty high quality (certainly much better than the phone's own microphone). Some slight gotcha's which are not really a problem at this price list: 1. It doesn't have bluetooth (and the product description does *not* mention bluetooth) 2. Although it presents stereo channels (i.e. it sends audio to both left and right), the receiver seems to mix both microphones together so it is not true stereo 3. There is a slight audio lag (around 100ms) when the audio is being recorded alongside video - this *is* noticeable, however isn't a problem if you use tools like OB Studio or Davinci Resolve as both can offset the video to catch up with the audio - this probably makes them less than ideal for live broadcastingOverall, at the price at time of ordering (around £25) this is a fabulous set.Recommended.

Inexpensive wireless lav
In the box:Small fabric carry bag2 x wireless Lav micsReceiverFoam mic cover‘Dead cat’ mic coverEarbudsCharging cable (USB-A to USB-C)USB-C to USB-A adapterYou get two wireless lavalier (lav) mics, a receiver and charging cable. The receiver has a 3.5mm, Lightning, and USB-C outputs so it will work with both Android and iOS phones as well as other recorders. The mics have a solid ‘clothes peg’ style clip - it’s big and ugly. In fact the whole mic is less than unobtrusive and won’t be easy to hide.I tested the mics with a an Olympus LS-100 recorder. They were easy to connect up and gave me a very strong audio signal. I’ve got better a better quality wireless lav system but it was ten times the price.

Really quite good lavaliers
These are fabulous and very versatile little device at an outstanding price. In the box you get the main device for hooking up to whatever you wish, this has a 3.5mm, usb C and apple connections so it's easy to connect to most devices you could think of.You also get 2 lavalier that can be used solo or as a pair and the voices of both will be mixed and heard in your chosen output device. These come with lovely little fluff cups if you like and are very light weight and small.Testing, was able to go from one end of the house to the other with no noticeable degradation, very very good and the sound was also very clear and good. You also get a USB C-USB-A adapter in the box, shoutout for this as not all PC's are C yet! It's a great little device and the price is amazing considering it's versatility and how good they work, perfect for anyone needing a lavalier for any circumstance and is so easy to use and work, literally plug and play for the devices I tried it with.

Better sound quality for iPhone videos
I ordered this microphone set to try and improve the sound on videos recorded with my iPhone. Whilst I am no Youtuber I do like to make the occasional video while out and about with the family. The iPhone camera is so good these days you often don't need a dedicated camera. My only slight gripe with videos shot on an iPhone is that while the picture quality is excellent this is let down rather by the poor audio. This little device has gone a good way to solving this little problem. The mic is easy to use, plug the receiver into the iPhone with the lightening connection and link to one or both of the mini microphones. Even just clipping one to the phone itself improves the sound quality on the video noticeably.Whilst the improvement of audio these provide is great I have deducted one star as I am not sure how long the microphones will last. The bodies are made of rather cheap and thin feeling plastic which I don't think would take much to break. If you are careful with them all should be fine but just something to be aware of otherwise a great little purchase. Recommended.
