These bars are delicious. They do not have the protein taste to them. They taste more like a snickers bar. They are filling and satisfying. They are a bit pricey but better to buy on amazon than at gas stations. As a diabetic, I worry about sugar levels or what foods will cause my sugar level to rise. These bars do not cause any issues with my sugar level. They are very good chilled in the fridge for a few hours as well. They will melt easily in a warm car. Shipping is fantastic and puts a cool pack in a little cooler bag to keep them from melting.

I’ve tried just about every protein bar out there, and Barebells are easily at the top of my list. Every flavor I’ve tried has been amazing — no chalky aftertaste, no weird textures, just soft, candy-bar-like goodness.I usually stock up during the cooler months, as they can get a little melty in the summer heat, especially during shipping. But stored properly, they hold up great.One of the biggest wins for me is that these bars don’t cause any excessive gas or bloating, which is a common issue with many high-protein snacks. These are AMAZING, though a bit expensive! Love that you can get high pritien from this easy to take-along snack! So good!

Really good bars! Do not leave them in warm areas.

I've tried and eaten a couple of dozen different protein bars. This one is actually pretty good. It's sort of similar to a Snickers. If a Snickers is 9.5 on a 10 scale, this peanutty, nougatty bar is a 7.5. Frankly it's better than nearly any other I have eaten.

Creamy chewy like a 3 Musketeer.Great flavor with no chemical taste or nasty after taste.This is currently my go to snack and between meal sweet snack.I would like a version a tad more salty but that is a personal preference only.I would and have recommended these for a great tasting protein snack bar. Currently have 2 boxes on the shelf.
