This dress is fantastic - fabric held up well to dry cleaning/pressing and the fit hides the tummy - very slimming - perfect length too (I am 5’6”). Looks a lot more expensive than it is.

I ordered this dress in a XL olive green. I’m 5’9” and 185.Fit: very generous. I carry my weight through my waist and it’s plenty loose. Thinking I maybe could have downsized.its easy to wear and accessorize with jewelry.Length: again I’m 5’9” and it hits me exactly like the photo they posted in the sales pic. Color: darker and more drab than sales picture but still within the fall-like color range I wear.Fabric: this is my reason for the 4* rather than 5* review. Many people raved about the soft percale like fabric. I’m thinking there must be a discrepancy between colors or sizes. My fabric is quite heavy, stiffer than I’d hope and not as drapey or soft. I’ve already taken the tags off and worn it otherwise I’d return it.Conclusion: At this point I’m going to wash it in hot water and add fabric softener and see if that helps. I was really hoping to LOVE this and order it in another color. I only “like” it…but not enough to order another.

When I saw this a few months ago, I imagined it would be a crisp sturdy cotton. I imagined the buttons would be sewn on tightly, the pockets would be the perfect depth, and that I would have to hem it, because I'm 5'3" and I always have to hem things. When I pulled this beauty out of the package and felt the fabric I actually gasped and squeeled! The fabric is like a fine percale, smooth, crisp, sturdy. Buttons, collar, pockets...exactly what I hoped for. AND....I don't have to hem it!!! It goes right to my ankles. I hope that helps you ladies who are taller. It will fit higher up on you. So??? BUY IT NOW!!!

Was so excited to get this dress hit unfortunately it was previously worn, had stains on it, and trash in the pockets.

You can see through the white material and would need a slip or second layer, so unfortunately I had to return it. A different color would be nice though since the fit was comfortable (I'm 5'9" 130lbs and ordered a small.) Be sure to understand that it's 100% cotton and will need ironing!

Soft cotton, really full length, I’m 5’5”. Basic tailoring, nothing fancy, but sturdy. This is the second one of these dresses that I have purchased. I just love them both. If you try it, it’s going to shrink by about four or 5 inches. I knew that would happen so I planned on sewing in a hem. I’m not going to put this one in the dryer and see what happens after line drying. In my estimation, it was money well spent on a night gown.

Shape is completely different than what’s pictured - the bottom half is straight/narrow with no flare. Material quality seems fine otherwise.

Roomy fit and appears to be actual cotton.
