I love the effects of Ashwagandha. I take two of these tablets every morning and it helps with my stress during the day. Being in healthcare is always a new challenge but these tablets help. You get about a one month supply so the price is right. Only downside is the tablets are larger than I though. I believe I would much prefer a capsule

If you have any problems swallowing, then this is not the pill for you. Instead of being a capsule, this is a huge tablet. It’s actually pretty large. And the serving size is two. no pun intended, but it is a hard to swallow. This is a one month supply and so far we have been very happy with the results. But probably will not purchase again due to the large size.

I’ve tried a couple different things from this company and they’ve both done great for me. I love using Ashwagandha and this particular one arrived quickly, the bottle was sealed well and it’s a pretty decent deal.Cons: I know they’re manufactured in India but, I just wish they supplied information on how they’re made and tested.

You will get a set of 60 tablets (e.g. pressed from the particular "active ingredients", here Ashwaghanda as well as Brahmi of about 1000mg/tablet with organic rice husks and tapioca starch), suggested daily rate of two. The package comes sealed with a cottonball inside keeping the tablets from breaking. All ingredients are listed organic and the manufacturer is a long existing indian company, which is a plus in my book.

This supplement delivers 1920 mgs of organic Ashwagandha per 2 tablet dosage and feels very calming which is the intention of this herb. The dosage can be tweaked for your own personal needs. It's priced right for a month's worth and seems fresh. Very effective. I will purchase this again and recommend it to others.
