Not great, not terrible
It’s okay, not great. For one they should put on the package how you need to rehydrate any powder before addinging it to any baked/cooked items, or frosting. You have to use quiet a bit of the powder to get any passion fruit flavor, usually with dried powders a couple teaspoons does the trick, but even with frosting I had to add a ton. Although you still can achieve some passion fruit flavor, and the price isn’t bad (unless considering the amount you have to use) . I think I’ll go with another brand next time.

Great flavor, easy to use
Nice-sized bag of passion fruit powder--I've added it to several recipes and it gives a clear passion fruit flavor without added moisture. I look forward to adding it to more!
