Worth buying. Quality is good. This is my second Bosch washing machine after 10 yrs.

Overall, the product is quite impressive, but there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, particularly in the installation process. Ordered on 16th Jan and delivered on 18th Jan25 for best price as per current market values(₹30990/-.)Let me write cons firstCons:Installation & Demo: Feels like there is no control of amazon on installation. As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions.Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront.Pros:Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model.Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done!Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

Horrible product, machine was shaking and vibrating with a Loud sound. It was moving along with the stand and when put on flat surface it was giving a loud noise.

As the product is AI controlled, the wash outcome is really great and it has the features of anti tangle and wrinkle. I have used earlier Bosch Series 4, this product is really advanced in nature

Machine works as we expected... Worth to dry. Using from a week. Working vary well.

After one week, the machine is working great, looks beautiful. This is our first front load machine, so can't provide comparison with other machines.
